Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support high‑impact initiatives within our client’s IVR and Conversational Platforms organization. This role will focus on managing end‑to‑end project delivery for customer‑facing IVR, chatbot, and conversational AI initiatives, while also supporting key merger integration efforts. The ideal candidate brings strong project management fundamentals, hands‑on IVR experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, highly technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end to end delivery of IVR and conversational bot initiatives, from intake through implementation
• Support merger-related integration activities, including Day One readiness and downstream enhancements
• Coordinate IVR routing logic and conversational flows tied to sales, billing, and service customer intents
• Partner closely with technical teams including Business Analysts, Developers, and QA
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while adapting to shifting priorities
• Facilitate Agile and Waterfall delivery processes as required
• Drive project execution, timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Ensure alignment across stakeholders and delivery teams
• Support sales-focused conversational initiatives and ongoing platform enhancements

Required Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Telecom industry experience
• Experience with conversational AI, chatbots, or customer contact platforms
• Exposure to large‑scale integration or merger‑related initiatives
• Experience supporting customer‑facing sales or support technologies
• Hybrid schedule (4 days onsite / 1 day remote)
• Large enterprise organization with cross‑functional teams
