Job summary

Maas Energy Works, Inc. seeks a Project Manager II to independently own and deliver dairy digester and RNG projects from conception to handoff. You will manage schedule, budget, scope, contracts, and stakeholder communications across multiple sites, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

The role requires leadership of engineering coordination, financial modeling, and procurement, with travel to project sites as needed. Bachelor’s degree and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of EPC project management experience through all lifecycle stages.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Agriculture, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and financial modeling abilities.
• English proficiency required; able to lead meetings and align stakeholders across sites.
