Ideal candidates have 2+ years in construction management, the ability to read P&IDs, and excellent communication. This full-time role requires occasional travel and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction management or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and P&IDs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction sites to ensure design and quality standards.
• Coordinate with operators, contractors, and engineers.
• Schedule tasks and manage timelines.
• Communicate updates with supervisor and stakeholders via email, text, and phone.
• Foster relationships with contractors and dairy owners.
