Job summary

Maas Energy Works is seeking a Construction Management Team Lead to direct our construction portfolio across multiple dairy digester and renewable energy projects. You will lead Construction Managers and Site Managers ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to approved budgets and QA/QC standards.

The role requires coordinating daily with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Safety, while coaching a high-performing team through complex,

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of construction or construction management experience on industrial/agricultural projects.
• Three+ years directly supervising construction staff.
• Strong command of budgets, cost forecasting, schedules, contracts, and change orders.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, P&IDs; mechanical/electrical knowledge preferred.
• Experience leading contractor bidding and performance management.
• OSHA 30 or equivalent safety knowledge; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise, coach, and develop Construction Managers and Site Managers; set performance expectations and conduct reviews.
• Own staffing for the construction team; forecast workload and assign personnel across projects.
• Maintain culture of accountability, safety, and ownership; escalate issues as needed.
