Qualifications

• 6+ years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry (Mission Critical/Data Center experience preferred)
• Advanced budgeting, estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing knowledge
• Ability to interface and communicate effectively with superintendents, subcontractors, cost consultants, and owner/clients

Responsibilities

• Participate in owner/client sales presentations.
• Monitor job costs.
• Prepare and control budget, schedule, and bid documents; negotiate and award subcontracts; prepare profit projections.
• Conduct project close-out duties, including subcontract and prime contract reconciliation.
