Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II (Cost Management) to join our National Mission Critical team in Chicago.

You will oversee financial management of assigned projects, including budgets, cost projections, and profit estimates, with limited supervision. Key duties include participating in owner/client presentations, monitoring costs, preparing budgets and bid documents, and coordinating subcontract awards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• 6+ years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry (Mission Critical/Data Center experience preferred).
• High level of honesty and integrity.
• Manage complex budgets, potentially multiple at one time.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, SmartSheets, and Nexus).
• Advanced knowledge of budget management, estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing.
• Ability to interface effectively with superintendents, subcontractors, cost consultants, and owner/clients.

Responsabilités

• Monitor job costs.
• Prepare and control budget, schedule, and bid documents; negotiate and award subcontracts; prepare profit projections.
• Conduct project close-out duties, including subcontract and prime contract reconciliation.
