You will coordinate with superintendents, cost consultants, and owners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role emphasizes rigorous budgeting, change management, subcontract administration, and thorough project close-out for mission critical/data center projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• 6+ years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry (Mission Critical/Data Center experience preferred).
• High level of honesty and integrity.
• Manage complex budgets, potentially multiple at one time.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, MS Project, SmartSheets, and Nexus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in owner/client sales presentations.
• Monitor job costs.
• Prepare and control budget, schedule, and bid documents; negotiate and award subcontracts; prepare profit projections.
• Conduct project close-out duties, including subcontract and prime contract reconciliation.
