Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II (Cost Management) to lead financial oversight for assigned projects, including budgets, changes, cost projections, and profit projections with minimal supervision.

You will coordinate with schedules, contracts, and status reports on mission-critical data center initiatives. The role demands strong budgeting skills and proficiency in Procore, MS Project, SmartSheets, and Nexus, plus the ability to communicate with superintendents,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• 6+ years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry (Mission Critical/Data Center experience preferred)
• High level of honesty and integrity.
• Manage complex budgets, potentially multiple at one time.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, SmartSheets, and Nexus).
• Advanced knowledge of budget management, estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing.
• Ability to assume responsibility, interface and communicate effectively with superintendents, subcontractors, cost consultants, and owner/clients.

Responsibilities

• Participate in owner/client sales presentations.
• Monitor job costs.
• Prepare and control budget, schedule, and bid documents; negotiate and award subcontracts; prepare profit projections.
• Conduct project close-out duties, including subcontract and prime contract reconciliation.
