The Project Manager will oversee multi-disciplinary projects, manage client relationships, and drive timely delivery while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes budgets, schedules, risk management, and stakeholder communication, with in-office work in Dallas/Fort Worth area and local travel.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Project Management experience in large-scale, long-duration projects.
• PM experience in healthcare/hospital settings preferred.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, and multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from start to finish.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans and schedules.
• Oversee budgets, bids, quality standards, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and contractors.
• Communicate project progress, milestones, risks, and changes.
• Manage project documentation and secure deliverable sign-off.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks.
• Track and report weekly project status and completion metrics.
