Summary
The Firestop Operations Supervisor provides hands‑on leadership and day‑to‑day oversight for Firestop Inspectors and Technicians in the field. This role is responsible for developing strong, high‑performing teams through training, coaching, and accountability while ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The Operations Supervisor partners closely with the Operations Manager, Sales, and cross‑functional teams to maintain quality standards, enforce safety requirements, and ensure consistent code‑compliant execution across all projects.

Physical Requirements

  • Regular standing, walking, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching
  • Ability to climb ladders and work above ceiling spaces

  • Ability to safely lift and carry materials, tools, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying environmental conditions

Additional Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age to meet company driving and insurance eligibility requirements

Compensation & Benefits Disclosure:The compensation range for this position is $70,000-$90,000 annually. This range represents REMEDI8's good‑faith estimate of the compensation expected to be offered to a successful candidate at the time of hire. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, certifications, geographic location, market conditions, and business needs.
