Job description

Be a core contributor to a modern Jobs & Skills architecture—supporting consistent, well-documented job and skills taxonomy decisions that scale across the enterprise. As an Associate within the Workforce Architecture team in Human Resources’ Talent & Employee Experience organization, you will support delivery of the Jobs & Skills transformation agenda. You will contribute to roadmap planning, business sequencing, Jobs-to-be-Done use case activation, stakeholder alignment, change management, communications, product readiness, and adoption. Partnering closely with Delivery, Product, Data & Analytics, HR, and business teams, you will help translate Jobs & Skills capabilities into practical employee, manager, HR, and business experiences at enterprise scale.
