Job summary

YESCO is seeking a Project Manager I for location in Jurupa, California. The role focuses on learning YESCO’s project processes while managing smaller-scale sign projects under general supervision.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of project coordination or management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with MS Office/Google tools. Prior sign industry experience is a plus. Full-time position with a collaborative team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of project coordination or management experience, sign industry preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project scheduling tools.
• Basic understanding of construction processes and reading technical drawings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and managing project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate communication between design, production, installation teams, and vendors.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, and cost, escalating issues to supervisor as needed.
• Review and verify specifications, artwork, and permits for accuracy.
• Maintain accurate project records and prepare basic progress reports.
• Conduct site visits for measurements, photos, and verification as assigned.
• Assist in identifying risks and developing solutions with supervisor guidance.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor or management, as needed to meet business needs.
