Job summary

This role supports water-related projects across the Pacific. The successful candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering, a PE license, 7+ years of related experience including 2+ years in PM, and proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 7+ years related experience including minimum 2 years in project management.
• Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license required by licensing board.
• MS Office and MS Project experience is required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Active participation in employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline project design teams and subconsultants; set priorities with focus on quality and productivity.
• Plan, direct, and monitor complex small to medium projects or large programs.
• Produce and manage several projects concurrently.
• Prepare/review civil engineering scope of work and fee estimates for proposals.
• Collaborate with operations and managers on workload, status, and staffing.
