Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a growing commercial general contractor in Minnesota to recruit a Project Manager. You will oversee 2–5 projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinate with Project Executives and field teams, and manage submittals, schedules, and budgets.

This culture-driven firm prioritizes collaboration, regular team events, and a no-ego approach. Candidates should have 5+ years’ experience, TI or light ground-up work, Procore, and excellent communication to maintain

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience managing projects cradle-to-grave.
• Background in TI and/or light ground-up projects preferred.
• Procore experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2-5 projects simultaneously in various stages

• Handle buyout, subcontractor management, and change orders

Description

The Project Manager will oversee multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with leadership and internal teams.
