Job summary

J2 Building Consultants in Mukilteo, WA, is seeking an entry-level Project Manager (PM1) excited to grow beyond assistant roles. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of smaller projects and contribute to larger assignments, focusing on building envelope consulting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or project management.
• Foundational knowledge of construction systems.
• Interest in building envelope consulting.
• EIT, PMP, or industry certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run smaller projects independently and assist on larger projects.
• Perform site visits and inspections.
• Build technical skills by assessing building systems.
• Coordinate schedules and documentation for projects.
• Serve as a day-to-day contact for assigned projects.
