Job Description
Join Olsson's Federal Engineering & Design Team as a Project Manager I, where you will help deliver infrastructure projects for federal clients. In this role, you will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams supporting the planning, design, and construction of mission-critical facilities for military installations, VA campuses, and other government agencies. These projects require technical accuracy, strong organization, and consistent collaboration.
As a Project Manager I, you will manage projects or support project managers on larger or multidisciplinary assignments. You will participate throughout the project life cycle by helping establish scope, schedule, budget, quality expectations, and project documentation while developing your project management capabilities.
You will work with internal technical teams, clients, and federal stakeholders to support compliance with UFC, DoD, VA, and other applicable federal standards. You will also assist with proposals, project controls, and process improvements that strengthen our federal design capabilities and support successful project delivery.
