As a Project Manager I, you will manage projects or support project managers on larger or multidisciplinary assignments. You will participate throughout the project life cycle by helping establish scope, schedule, budget, quality expectations, and project documentation while developing your project management capabilities.

You will work with internal technical teams, clients, and federal stakeholders to support compliance with UFC, DoD, VA, and other applicable federal standards. You will also assist with proposals, project controls, and process improvements that strengthen our federal design capabilities and support successful project delivery.

  • Working knowledge of project scope, schedule, budget, quality, documentation, and basic project financials.
  • Strong communication, organization, problem‑solving, and client service skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities, follow established project management practices, and elevate risks or changes appropriately.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical professionals across disciplines and build productive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Manage defined‑scope federal projects and support larger or multidisciplinary project teams.

  • Serve as a day‑to‑day contact for assigned project matters while maintaining clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Support compliance with UFC, DoD, VA, and other applicable federal standards, contract requirements, and established quality procedures.
  • Identify potential risks, scope changes, schedule concerns, and additional costs; document issues and assist with developing mitigation strategies.
  • Assist with contracts, change documentation, billing coordination, and other project administration under the guidance of more experienced project managers.
  • Plan, organize, and facilitate routine project meetings; document decisions, action items, responsibilities, and follow‑up needs.
  • Maintain project records and assist with the preparation and delivery of project documentation, including design plans, specifications, correspondence, cost information, and performance records.
