ARCO National Construction Company is seeking a Project Manager to lead hyperscale construction projects from inception to completion.

You will oversee estimating, scheduling, budgeting, design coordination, and subcontractor management, while supporting owners and design teams with value engineering.

The role requires travel to project sites as needed and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

Qualifications

• 3-8+ years of project management experience.
• Hyperscale project experience preferred.
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specs.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage all managerial and administrative aspects of a hyperscale project, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, and safety.
• Ensure accurate and complete project estimates and cost reporting.
• Collaborate with owners and design team on concept drawings.
• Lead proposal meetings, review scope, and provide value engineering ideas.
• Oversee buyout process and subcontractor selection.
• Lead bi-weekly on-site meetings and coordinate multiple activities.

We're adding a Project Manager to lead hyperscale construction projects from inception to completion. A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of a hyperscale project. Including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation
• Ensure an accurate and complete project estimate
• Work closely with owners and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings
• Participate in the proposal meeting with the owner to review the scope of work, discuss ways to reduce costs, and provide value engineering ideas
• Oversee the buyout process and the selection of subcontractors
• Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings on site
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines
• Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results
• Commit to quality by evaluating project-related processes
• Make necessary changes, use customer input to make improvements, and meet/exceed internal and external client expectations
• Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and other associates, while maintaining a constant focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations

Necessary Qualifications

• 3-8+ years of project management experience
• Highly prefer hyperscale project experience
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required
