ARCO Companies is seeking a project manager to lead hyperscale construction projects in Ohio. The role covers estimating, scheduling, design coordination, and rigorous cost control, with tight deadlines and value engineering opportunities.

You will work closely with owners, design teams, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to ARCO’s high standards of quality. This onsite position offers strong benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3-8+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required

Responsibilities

• Manage hyperscale construction projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare accurate project estimates and schedules.
• Coordinate with owners and design team on preliminary concepts.
• Lead cost reporting, progress billing, and value engineering discussions.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and buyout processes.
• Conduct regular on-site meetings and ensure quality control.

We're adding a Project Manager to lead hyperscale construction projects from inception to completion. A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of a hyperscale project. Including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation
• Ensure an accurate and complete project estimate
• Work closely with owners and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings
• Participate in the proposal meeting with the owner to review the scope of work, discuss ways to reduce costs, and provide value engineering ideas
• Oversee the buyout process and the selection of subcontractors
• Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings on site
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines
• Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results
• Commit to quality by evaluating project-related processes
• Make necessary changes, use customer input to make improvements, and meet/exceed internal and external client expectations
• Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and other associates, while maintaining a constant focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations
