Job summary

ARCO National Holdings is seeking a Project Manager to lead hyperscale construction initiatives from inception to completion on client sites. You will coordinate with owners and design teams, manage budgets and schedules, and drive quality and safety on every phase.

This role requires 3–8+ years ofPM experience, proficiency with Procore/Bluebeam/MS Project, and a willingness to travel to project sites. ARCO offers strong benefits, ESOP, 401k, tuition reimbursement, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage managerial and administrative aspects of a hyperscale project including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation.
• Ensure an accurate and complete project estimate.
• Work with owners and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings.
• Participate in proposal meetings to review scope, reduce costs, and provide value engineering ideas.
• Oversee buyout process and selection of subcontractors.
• Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings on site.
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
• Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to achieve results.
• Commit to quality by evaluating project-related processes.
• Use customer input to improve and meet/exceed expectations.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of a hyperscale project. Including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation

• Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings on site
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines
• Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results
• Commit to quality by evaluating project-related processes
• Make necessary changes, use customer input to make improvements, and meet/exceed internal and external client expectations
• Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and other associates, while maintaining a constant focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-8+ years of project management experience
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required
