Job summary

ARCO a Family of Construction Companies in Henderson, NV seeks a Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. The role requires 3–5 years of project delivery experience and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction experience managing projects for a general contractor.
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage a project from inception to completion including estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and design review.
• Collaborate with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings.
• Review scope with owners and provide value engineering ideas during proposals.
• Oversee subcontractor buyout and selection.
• Lead biweekly jobsite meetings and coordinate with the Superintendent on safety and quality.

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. A Day In The Life

• Responsible for managerial aspects of a project including estimating, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, scheduling, budgeting, design review, and execution
• Work closely with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings
• Participate in proposal meeting with owner to review the scope of work and provide value engineering ideas
• Oversee the buyout process and selection of subcontractors
• Conduct biweekly jobsite meetings
• Partner with Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines

Necessary Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction experience running projects with a general contractor; design/build preferred
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required
