Benson Integrated Marketing Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Project Manager to lead architectural signage projects from concept to completion. You will coordinate timelines, permits, installations, and client communication to ensure on-time, within-budget deliveries.

The role requires strong coordination, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration, with a hybrid work model from our Alpharetta, GA area. A proactive, detail-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Architecture, Design, Construction Management or related field.
• PMP certification preferred for this role.
• 3–5 years of experience in architectural signage, construction, environmental graphics, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate signage projects from initiation to final installation and billing.
• Manage site surveys, production timelines, permit applications, and installation schedules.
• Serve as a primary contact for clients, providing updates and resolving issues.
• Interpret municipal codes and submit permit applications, including variances.
• Track project billing, issue purchase orders, and coordinate with accounting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure quality and alignment.

Please Note: Architectural signage industry experience is required for this role. Candidates must have direct experience managing, coordinating, designing, fabricating, permitting, installing, or otherwise supporting architectural signage projects. Applicants without architectural signage experience will not be considered.
