Job summary

Benson Integrated Marketing Solutions in Alpharetta, GA, is seeking a Project Manager to lead architectural signage projects from concept to completion. You will coordinate across internal teams, vendors, and municipalities, manage timelines, permits, installations, and financial tracking with precision and professionalism.

You will ensure quality execution and client satisfaction, communicate updates, interpret codes, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders while delivering projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Architecture, Design, Construction Management or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in architectural signage, construction, environmental graphics, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate signage projects from initiation to final installation and billing.
• Manage site surveys, production timelines, permit applications, and installation schedules.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving issues.
• Interpret municipal codes and submit permit applications, including handling variances.
• Track project billing, issue purchase orders, and coordinate with accounting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure quality and alignment.
