Benson Signs in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Project Manager to lead architectural signage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and client satisfaction. You will coordinate across internal teams, vendors, and municipalities to manage timelines, permits, installations, and financial tracking.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in architectural signage or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Admin, Architecture, Design, or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in architectural signage or related industries.
• Strong coordination and scheduling abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to read architectural plans and signage codes.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate signage projects from initiation to final installation and billing.
• Manage site surveys, production timelines, permit applications, and installation schedules.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving issues.
• Interpret municipal codes and submit permit applications, including handling variances.
• Track project billing, issue purchase orders, and coordinate with accounting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure quality and alignment.
