Job summary

Create the Team in Nashville seeks a hit-the-ground-running Project Engineer/Manager to lead Building Automation projects in Middle Tennessee. You will coordinate BAS, DDC and HVAC control system deployments, leveraging Delta Controls and other major brands.

Ideal candidates have PM experience in energy management systems, familiarity with Alerton, Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Distech, Trane, or Trend controls, and a track record of delivering on mechanical contracting/service projects.

Qualifications

• PM experience in Building Automation or Energy Management Systems is required
• Experience with BAS/DDC/HVAC control systems is essential
• Familiarity with major controls brands listed in the ad is a plus

We have a great Building Automation client with the need for a hit‑the‑ground‑running Project Engineer / Manager in the Middle Tennessee / Nashville region.

You currently, or have previously held one of these positions:

• Project Manager


• Senior Technician / Specialist (with Project Management experience)

Your field of work has been (these are all one in the same):

• Building Automation Systems (BAS)


• Direct Digital Controls (DDC)


• HVAC Control Systems


• Mechanical Contracting / Mechanical Service (with some exposure to controls)

You have worked with any of the following:

• Alerton


• Automated Logic


• Johnson Controls


• Honeywell


• Distech


• Reliable Controls


• Trane


• American Automatrix / Cylon


• Novar


• Trend Control Systems
