Job summary

Evergreen Talent Partners seeks an Aftermarket Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC projects in the DFW region. You will own projects from start to finish, coordinating field labor, equipment, budgets, and schedules while working directly with customers.

Responsibilities include managing repair, replacement, retrofit and upgrade projects, serving as the primary customer contact, and driving profitability through change orders and closeout.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in commercial HVAC, mechanical contracting or related field.
• Solid understanding of commercial HVAC equipment, repair, replacement, and retrofit projects.
• Ability to read and understand project scopes, proposals, drawings, and specifications.

I’m partnering with a well-established manufacturers’ representative that is looking to add an Aftermarket Project Manager to their growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong commercial HVAC / mechanical background who enjoys owning projects from start to finish, working directly with customers, and coordinating everything from field labor and equipment to budgets, schedules, and closeout.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage commercial HVAC repair, replacement, retrofit, and upgrade projects

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in commercial HVAC, mechanical contracting, construction, service, or a related industry
• Solid understanding of commercial HVAC equipment, repair, replacement, and retrofit projects
• Ability to read and understand project scopes, proposals, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and competing priorities
• Strong communication, customer service, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
• Understanding of budgets, billing, change orders, and project profitability
• Experience with Microsoft Office and project management, ERP, or CRM systems
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer/project sites as needed

A degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field is preferred, but relevant industry experience can be considered in place of a degree.

Compensation Package

• Up to $130,000 base with overtime potential
