Principal Duties and Responsibilities

1. Manage contract operations, including daily performance, scheduled maintenance, and subcontract administration.
2. Lead and maintain a trained, disciplined technical team.
3. Prepare financial forecasts and ensure contractual and financial goals are met.
4. Oversee facility upkeep, including HVAC, sanitation, and emergency management.
5. Coordinate procurement, inventory, and supplies management.
6. Maintain relationships with architects, engineers, and contractors.
7. Develop employee training and maintain safety programs.
8. Plan, organize, and control all aspects of physical plant activities.
9. Work with clients to resolve issues and manage diverse personnel.
10. Maintain records, reports, and controls for management oversight.

Job Specifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction.
2. At least 2 years managing HVAC projects.
3. Experience with proposals, scheduling, and preventive maintenance.
4. Proficiency in Windows and MS Office.
