Job Title: Project Manager

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial forecasts and manage contracts to meet financial goals.
• Lead a team of technical employees, maintaining a trained and disciplined workforce.
• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and administration of subcontracts.
• Ensure efficient project operation, controlling expenses within contractual and maintenance standards.
• Provide direction and supervision to staff, delegate project tasks, and set priorities.
• Maintain facilities including HVAC, sanitation, and emergency management.
• Coordinate procurement, inventory, and supplies management.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors on major projects.
• Maintain records, controls, and procedures for management and work production.
• Develop employee training programs and maintain a safety program.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of plant activities.
• Work with clients to resolve issues and with management to ensure smooth operations.
• Possess knowledge of office administration, plant management, and business operations.

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction discipline.
• At least 2 years of managing HVAC projects.
• Experience with proposals, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• Proficient in Windows and MS Office.
• Strong client relationship skills and excellent communication.
• Ability to work independently or in teams, adapt to priorities.
• Physical ability to walk throughout large facilities, climb stairs, and walk on catwalks.
