Overview
The Project Manager will lead the transition of approximately 250 associates from a specialty unit into enterprise HR and benefits systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

$45.00/hr - $65.00/hr

Key Responsibilities
- Drive the integration of a specialty retail unit into enterprise benefit plan offerings, to achieve consistency, standardization, and efficiencies in administration, technology, and associate experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Business, and Engineering teams to manage dependencies and ensure technical delivery.
- Foster synergy, alignment, and collaboration with stakeholders, providing clarity and consistent communication.
- Document issues, risks, and decisions, leading the team to develop mitigations and escalations.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with large vendors (e.g., Deloitte) leading the conversion.
- Create and deliver stakeholder reports to highlight progress, readiness, and delivery milestones, recommending and implementing plan adjustments based on stakeholder alignment.
Qualifications
- Top 3 Skills: Leading software development and implementations, preferably in HR; Coordinating with large vendors/partners; Executive-level communication and program tracking skills (stakeholder visibility, risk management, etc.).
- Soft Skills Needed: Self-starting, proactive in reaching out to stakeholders, and adept at managing multiple moving pieces.
- Travel Requirements: Occasional travel to the office
