  • Support project managers and workstream leads with planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and follow-ups on action items.
Communications
  • Assist with the development and distribution of communications, newsletters, training announcements, and stakeholder updates.
  • Maintain training trackers, user lists, and attendance records for Fusion program rollout activities.
Go-Live Support
  • Track and monitor readiness activities for Go-Live, including cutover plans, checklists, and post-Go-Live hypercare tasks.
  • Support hypercare coordination, issue triage, and program performance tracking following Go-Lives.
  • Monitor stabilization metrics and collaborate with workstreams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Required Qualifications and Experience
