The role focuses on managing scopes, schedules, and budgets while coordinating internal teams and subconsultants. The ideal candidate will have a PE license and 8+ years of highway design experience, with strong leadership, communication, and business development skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in highway design and project management.
• BS or MS in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer’s License.
• Knowledge of PennDOT and PTC design processes.
• Ability to meet schedules and control budgets.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment as a team leader.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
