SAI is seeking a Project Manager (Highways) to work with keystaff in our Harrisburg, Philadelphia, and Pittsburgh Offices on signature projects for thePennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission(PTC), and local municipalities.

Responsibilities

• Planning, defining, and monitoring project scope-of-work, schedules, and budgets to ensure client and SAI expectations are met.
• Management of internal project teams and subconsultants.
• Mentoring junior staff and sharing technical expertise. At SAI, we value professional
  development, and we look to our Project Managers to be thought leaders within our
  organization.
• Implementing business development initiatives, including proposal writing, presentation
  development/delivery, and participation in marketing meetings.
• Developing client relationships through membership and participation in professional
  organizations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in highway design and project management
• BS or MS in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer’s License
• Knowledge of PennDOT and PTC design processes
