Shimmick is seeking a dynamic Project Manager for the Daly City Vista Grande Drainage Basin Improvements Project in Daly City, CA. The role focuses on delivering a $150M+ project on time and within budget, coordinating across engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction management teams.

You will manage schedules, budgets, quality and safety, and sustain strong client relationships to secure future work. Local heavy civil experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and risk mitigation.
• Heavy civil construction experience in Northern California.

Responsabilités

• Manage project implementation including schedule, budgets, quality and safety.
• Resource planning and management of company and third party vendors.
• Direct engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction management, and commissioning teams.
• Maintain positive relationships with strategic clients for future work.
• Prepare and issue progress reports and ensure timely payments.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and internal policies.
• Oversee project updates and quarterly EAC reports.
