Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for heavy civil work in Portland, OR. Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with union crews and public owners such as TriMet and ODOT.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing heavy civil or public infrastructure projects on the contractor side.
• Experience on public jobs from $5M to $60M, ideally with prevailing wage and DBE requirements.
• Comfortable working with union craft and running the job from the field.
• Strong grasp of cost control, forecasting and scheduling (MS Project, P6 or HCSS).
• Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred, or equivalent field experience.

Build Portland’s transit, roadway and park projects with a union, minority owned crew that self performs.

We’re a Portland based heavy civil contractor and a state certified DBE/MBE firm, signatory to the union. We self perform most of our work, from demo and earthwork to underground utilities and site concrete, on public infrastructure across the metro, including transit corridors, roadways and parks.
