Are you a proven heavy civil Project Manager or Senior Project Manager who knows how to run complex jobs from start to finish? We’re looking for an experienced leader to manage large‑scale civil infrastructure projects involving underground utilities, highways, roadways, bridges, structures, and DOT work.

This role is for someone who has been there, done that—someone who can take ownership of major projects, lead teams, manage risk, and deliver work safely, on schedule, and on budget.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading heavy civil projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Managing budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls
• Coordinating with owners, engineers, DOTs, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Overseeing field operations and resolving issues before they become problems
• Ensuring strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Providing clear, consistent updates to leadership and project stakeholders
• Using modern project management tools to drive efficiency and accountability

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience managing heavy civil construction projects
• Strong background in underground utilities, roadway/highway work, bridges, structures, and DOT projects
