Job Title: Project Manager – Healthcare | Mergers & Acquisitions + ServiceNow

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-level initiatives within the healthcare/hospital industry, focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in healthcare IT project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and change management in complex environments. This is a remote contract role supporting digital transformation and organizational integration efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management of M&A initiatives including IT systems integration, data migration, and compliance alignment.
• Manage ServiceNow deployment or optimization projects across ITSM, HRSD, and GRC modules within a hospital or clinical setting.
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and technical teams to ensure alignment of business objectives during organizational transitions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA and maintain operational continuity during mergers.
• Track project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables; provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate change management, stakeholder engagement, and training plans throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of project management experience, with 4+ years in healthcare/hospital IT environments.
• Proven experience managing M&A initiatives, including post-merger integration and change management.
• Hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow projects, especially ITSM, HRSD, or custom workflow modules.
• Strong understanding of EMR/EHR systems, clinical operations, and healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage remote, cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.

Preferred Skills:

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• Experience working with Epic, Cerner, or other healthcare systems during mergers or integrations.
• Familiarity with data governance, security, and ITIL-based processes in healthcare.
