Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Technology Business Services Consultant

Position Type: Full-time (Contract – W2)

Duration: 1-Year

Location: St. Louis, MO; Charlotte, NC; Des Moines, IA; Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

As a Technology Business Services Consultant, you will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders on technology strategies related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures

• Lead enterprise-level transformation initiatives and manage cross-functional deliverables

• Ensure successful delivery of technology components across business units

• Support process optimization and enterprise security initiatives

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience leading and executing complex enterprise technology programs

• Background in large-scale technology development

• Proven ability to influence senior leadership across organizations

• Strong background in process optimization (Six Sigma preferred)

• Information security and IT operations experience

• Deep experience in banking and financial services industries

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: Between $50 - $61.71 per hour>

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
