Job summary

Clearwater is seeking a Project Manager to drive delivery and governance across the Consulting Services organization. You will support PMO operations, provide strategic guidance, and help develop a reporting framework to identify risks early across engagements.

You will manage client-facing healthcare cybersecurity projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and maintain project controls, tools, and documentation to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Experience working with leadership teams and understanding the dynamics of evolving services organizations.
• Experience with resource management and scheduling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Experience with Certinia’s Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.Sound decision-making and good judgment under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination & Delivery: Manage multiple client-facing healthcare cybersecurity consulting engagements, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Support the PMO through governance standards, processes, and supporting technologies.
• Partner with Consulting Services colleagues to develop detailed project and program plans.
• Track project progress and report risks or issues related to timeline, budget, or quality.
• Lead regular internal and external meetings, manage communications, and maintain client service excellence.
• Develop and maintain project management tools, templates, and documentation to support delivery.
