Job summary

Leoforce is seeking an Assistant Project Manager - Healthcare to support complex medical construction projects in the Virginia area. This mid-level role partners with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to keep schedules, budgets, and documentation on track.

You will review drawings, coordinate with subcontractors, process RFIs and submittals, and help maintain quality and safety standards. A collaborative, client-focused mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Experience supporting commercial construction projects.
• Understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination.
• Ability to review drawings, specs, and construction documents.
• Experience assisting with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation.
• Knowledge of project management software and MS Office.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with subcontractors, clients, architects, and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation practices.
• Team player with client-focused mindset.
