Ilocatum is seeking an experienced construction leader to drive healthcare projects in Denver, CO. You will oversee hospital renovations, clinical facilities, and MOBs, coordinating teams and ensuring patient safety during occupied- environment work.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in healthcare construction, strong communication, and a track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget. This role offers a collaborative, client-facing environment with opportunities for growth.

• Minimum 8+ years of construction experience with strong healthcare project experience required.

Position Description

This position is highly desirable for those individuals who:

Key responsibilities will include:

Position Requirements

You should possess the following qualifications for this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
• Minimum 8+ years of construction experience with strong healthcare project experience required

Proven experience with:

• Hospital renovations and expansions
• Work in occupied/active healthcare environments
• Experience managing phasing, infection control measures, and complex MEP systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in highly regulated environments
• Ability to support and grow healthcare client relationships and business development efforts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good client management skills and ability to lead teams through the preconstruction and construction process, especially with healthcare systems and facility teams
• Bluebeam experience/capability desired
• Procore experience/capability desired
