Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our Florida office and manage healthcare construction projects. You will coordinate with owners, architects and subcontractors, drive pre-construction planning, scheduling, and cost control, and allocate resources to maximize project profits.

Qualifications

• Healthcare project experience required.
• Communicate with owners, architects and subcontractors on risk, timetables, costs/budgets, and change management.
• Allocate resources for assigned projects.
• Perform pre-construction planning, scheduling and cost control.
• Develop subcontracting strategies and front-end documents for bid processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly cost/schedule/safety reports for internal/external use.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, officials, and clients.
• Negotiate with contractors to obtain reasonable costs.
• Maintain high workmanship standards per plans and specs.
• Prepare contingency plans for risks, expand contract services and project profits.

• Buy-out of job by determining the sub-contracting strategy for the project and preparing front-end documents and bid processes under various

project delivery models

• Prepare monthly reports including cost, schedule, safety, etc. for internal and/or external use

• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
