Job summary

Leader Communications is seeking a Project Manager in Oklahoma City to lead OSDH project initiatives through full lifecycle, under PMO guidance. The role requires managing vendor relationships and ensuring alignment with agency strategy and goals.

Applicants must be US Citizens and able to obtain a US Government Public Trust clearance. Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid approaches, and strong MS Project skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Strong familiarity with and/or the ability to use MS Project.
• Understanding and experience with the PMI PMBOK Guide and Standards.
• US Citizens and security clearances in accordance with security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to extra-large complexity projects through full project life cycle; plan, coordinate, and lead teams.
• Perform standard project management deliverables: scope, change management, risk, budget, stakeholders, vendor engagement, and project closure.
• Develop and manage project status reports for stakeholders and PMO dashboard metrics.
• Implement change management practices per agency and PMO guidance.
• Forecast, secure, and manage resources to meet objectives.
