Stanford Health Care in Palo Alto is seeking a Project Manager of Health Education Programs to oversee day-to-day operations, drive program goals, and contribute to consulting engagements in human-centered design and process improvement.

You will lead health education program operations, support HEAT consulting engagements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality, compliance, and impact. A public health background and four years of related experience are required.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required; MPH preferred.
Four (4) years of progressively responsible experience.
Ability to conduct analysis and interpret program performance data and outcomes.

Mansioni

Manage day-to-day operations of assigned Health Education Programs; ensure high-quality service delivery.
Set program goals and develop action plans aligned with the Senior Manager.
Monitor program performance and report to Senior Manager; escalate barriers and recommend solutions.
Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource needs to support program delivery.
Ensure regulatory, safety, and quality requirements; maintain documentation for audits or reviews.
Represent programs in local and national professional groups and networks to stay current on best practices.
