Responsibilities

• Lead the Health Education Action Team (HEAT) as an internal consulting resource, addressing complex patient education needs.
• Guide service line leaders through the full consulting lifecycle from problem recognition to outcomes evaluation.
• Apply A3 process improvement tools and human-centered design to structure engagements.
• Design and oversee patient education solutions across modalities including consultations, classes, and digital/print content.
• Apply behavior change science to improve patient understanding, engagement, and outcomes.
• Lead and mentor non-direct reports across HEAT engagements and cross-functional groups.
