Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering & management or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management or PMO within hardware, electronics, or multidisciplinary systems.
• Experience in a manufacturing company and/or the defense industry.
• PMP Certification is a plus.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to customer delivery.
• Plan, manage, and control work plans and schedules.
• Lead projects in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
• Coordinate overseas development and production teams.
• Conduct risk management and resolve bottlenecks to keep progress on track.
• Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality.
• Lead procurement and supply processes during development.
• Track milestones and ensure alignment with goals and timelines.
• Maintain communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
