Job summary

LeoForce in Chicago is seeking a Senior Commercial Project Manager to lead ground-up projects across Education, Healthcare, Office spaces and more.

You will manage safety compliance, schedules and budgets, oversee multi-project portfolios, read drawings and specifications, and coordinate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced GC environment with strong growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations.
• Experience in healthcare, commercial, education, multi-family, and office construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
