Flowtec Construction in Chicago’s West Loop is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction initiatives from preconstruction through closeout. You will drive planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration while coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in commercial construction, a strong grasp of schedules and budgets, and proven ability to build lasting client

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
  • Experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, schedules, and budgets.
  • Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and project partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

What You’ll Be Working On:
