Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Project Manager to collaborate with sales reps, branch managers, customers and suppliers to define new business opportunities and integrate national accounts into Victory Packaging systems.

Entry level PMs work under supervision; Senior PMs take ownership with less oversight. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in related roles, with strong Excel, bilingual skills, and experience with Coupa/Ariba.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• Three years’ experience in operational, business analysis, or project management roles.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define new business opportunities with sales reps, branch managers, customers and suppliers.
• Establish suppliers and daily procedures; integrate new national accounts into operations.
• Train branches on new/changed processes and monitor impact on ordering, invoicing and payments.
• Conduct audits for prospective customers and identify opportunities for inventory management improvements.
• Manage accounts receivable levels and collaborate with AR/AP teams.
