Job Details

As a Permanent Project Manager in Geotechnical Construction, you will:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of geotechnical construction projects from initial planning to completion.
  • Operate drilling rigs and set up drills for construction projects, ensuring safety and efficiency at all times.
  • Utilize your knowledge of casing, down hole hammer, and hollow bar in the execution of projects.
  • Prepare detailed schematics and project schedules, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project progress.
  • Monitor project progress continuously, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions promptly.
  • Oversee the construction process, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard and complies with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage relationships with subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with the project objectives and standards.
  • Use your mechanical skills to troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
  • Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to project management.
Qualifications

To be considered for the role of Permanent Project Manager in Geotechnical Construction, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a specific focus on geotechnical construction.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful project completion.
  • Strong mechanical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
  • Experience in operating drilling rigs and setting up drills.

  • A degree in a relevant field such as Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
