Qualifications

Job description

The Project Manager will lead and coordinate supplier transition activities for the Global Capability Center (GCC), ensuring seamless migration of services, compliance with contractual obligations, and alignment with organizational timelines and governance standards

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to GCC operating model and governance frameworks
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for supplier transition projects
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress - Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (IT, Procurement, HR, Finance) and external suppliers
• Maintain transition documentation including RACI matrices, SOPs, and knowledge transfer plans

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with previous experience assisting in the set up, and management of, Global Capability Center (GCC)
• Familiarity with ITSM tools, contract management systems, and GCC operating models
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• least 3 years in supplier transition or outsourcing projects.
• Pay rate: $70-80/hr
